Extensive experience in software development with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript and TypeScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries (such as React.JS)
Knowledge of relational databases, microservices, APIs, and complex web applications, with experience in building scalable systems
Strong sense of design and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS or similar)
Initial leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support junior developers
Clear, concise, and empathetic communication skills
Degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Good to very good German language skills
Residency in Germany, preferably in NRW
