Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

You will take on development from A to Z: from frontend & backend all the way to testing
You will apply agile software development methods as well as object-oriented analysis and design
You will use JavaScript and web technologies, as well as high-performance databases.
You will remove engineering blocks, foster collaborative working and enable fast decisions
You will actively seek to identify technical debt and implement strategies to remove it
You will mentor, inspire and challenge engineers to deliver their best work
You will act as a feedback coach to your team, conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insight

Wen wir suchen

Proven expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries (such as React.JS)
Familiarity with relational databases, microservices, APIs, complex web applications and building scalable systems
You have an eye for design and are familiar with frontend frameworks and libraries (such as Tailwind CSS or similar)
You have first experience in leadership and are able to guide and support entry-level developers
You are a concise, empathetic and clear communicator
You have a university or technical college degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or similar fields, or equivalent professional experience
